was feeling a little bummed today about my body, no idea why! think I was just having one of those down days. so to cheer myself up, I looked back at some photos I took earlier on in the year compared to now. so good to see where I’ve come from, definitely feeling better!
I recommend everyone on a weight loss journey to take photos documenting the transformation. for days when you’re feeling disheartened you can look back and look at how awesome you’ve done. self inspiration!
